$500+ lifetime
Unlocked by spending or purchase frequency. Early access to sales, priority customer support, and bonus points on every order.
$1,500+ lifetime
VIP treatment. Exclusive product access, free returns, double points events, and personalized product recommendations.
$5,000+ lifetime
The highest tier. Concierge support, first access to new products, custom discount codes, and invitation-only events.

Points accumulate across all purchases forever. Customers see their balance on their account page and in the Hub. No expiration unless you configure one.
Each tier unlocks specific benefits: free shipping thresholds, return windows, discount percentages, early access windows, and priority support.
Customers spend points on discounts, free products, shipping upgrades, or exclusive experiences. You define the reward catalog and point costs.
When a customer is close to the next tier or their points are about to expire, automated emails nudge them back. Opt-in only — respects our email policy.
Auto-grant bonus points or exclusive discounts on customer birthdays and sign-up anniversaries. Personal touches that drive loyalty.
Track point issuance vs. redemption, tier distribution, loyalty-driven revenue, and repeat purchase rate by tier.
Set tier thresholds by lifetime spend, total orders, or points earned. Adjust anytime — existing customers are recalculated automatically.
Grace periods prevent customers from dropping tiers after a slow month. Configurable protection window (30, 60, or 90 days).
